Client project
ChezLesMarson — restaurant POS & menu PWA
Real client: trilingual (EN/FR/MG) inventory and sales PWA, recipe-linked products, offline-first menu for staff and guests.
Daniel Arison · Antananarivo · remote
A page, a tool people use, or the Python that retires a reporting season. About 320 hours a year came off one operation. The model stayed out of the money.
In production
Owner reporting for a 16+ property short-term rental portfolio was a multi-week grind: PDF invoices, address mapping, owner splits, validation, formatted reports — slow and error-prone.
No LLM in the shipped pipeline — on purpose. I tried n8n + an LLM API first. It failed on speed, API cost, and trust.
01
Ingest
PDF invoices and auxiliary mapping docs from the working folder
02
Classify & extract
Normalize invoice fields; map listing titles → addresses → owners
03
Calculate
Aggregations, chronological per-address views, owner splits
04
Validate
Validation report + review_needed queue for edge cases
05
Report
HTML/PDF owner reports operators can print and share
Replaced ~320h/year of dedicated manual work with a repeatable pipeline — the same automation habit behind both the Operations and AI/LLM tracks.

multica
Diagnosed a silent-failure PATH collision between the packaged Electron binary and the Go CLI; filed root cause and shipped the fix, merged next day into multica (42k+ stars).
zeroclaw
~1,400-line Python companion package (LangGraph agent, 7 tools, CLI, Discord, tests, docs) fixing unreliable tool calling on GLM/Zhipu providers; merged same-day into zeroclaw (32k+ stars), later consolidated into the Rust core.
These are fictional or unofficial campaigns. They show how I brief, generate, and finish a piece. They are not proof that a brand hired me.
I care more about the job than about defending a tool. A solution might be Python, a product interface, a page, or a directed generative piece. If a model would invent the answer, I do not ship the model.
Brand, pages, and AI-directed ads. Concept work stays labeled. A first visual direction is free.
Interfaces people actually operate: a trilingual restaurant POS and menu, bilingual sites, offline when the connection is the constraint.
Deterministic pipelines and integrations that remove a repeated job. An LLM only where the answer can be grounded.
About
I work remote from Antananarivo (UTC+3), with a full day of overlap into Europe. Right now I own incidents and the reporting tool for a 16+ property rental operation. Before that I led a rural biogas project. English and French. The CV is the short version. This site is the evidence.

Design services have starting prices on this site (shown in pounds). Engineering work is quoted after a short scoping call. The free mockup comes before any invoice.
Turnaround is listed per service, typically 3 to 21 days. AI ad sets are usually inside a week; a website is about three weeks.
Design work includes two revision rounds. Extra rounds can be added if the scope grows.
Depends on the job: SVG and PNG for marks, PDF for guidelines, MP4 for motion and ads, plus the source files we agreed in the brief.
I work from Antananarivo (UTC+3) with overlap across France, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, and Canada. We brief by call or async, then I share work for review. No office visit required.
Payoneer or bank transfer. I invoice before kickoff; the care plan is billed monthly the same way.
Yes: Next.js sites, offline-capable PWAs, Python pipelines and integrations. Engineering work is scoped and quoted per project; the engineering CV shows past builds.
For a page, a mark, or a first visual direction, the mockup is free. For a process you still do by hand, describe it. No invoice for that first look.
The engineering index is the record: production systems, merged pull requests, and what I refused to ship. The CV is the one-page version.
